Track Name: Long Day Home
Fun's like the snow
It's beautiful, but temporary
Come enjoy the show of your life
And dance the night inside out

Well I've been floating down stream
All day and all night
Palestinian convicts crashing inside
I wish it wasn't so but it is
Now let's make some sense of this

My skin is paste and my hair is oil
Feeling like a long day home
Well I just wanna touch
Some familiar soil

Feeling like a long day home
Where I don't need my brain on

Nights filled with music
Drink, smoke and money
Days filled with greasy breakfasts
And cuddles with my honey
Why would you go out into the night
When you were so unprepared

Well you try and make everyone happy
You will make someone sad
I'm a man, man animal
And I just wanna crawl into my natural habitat

I wish it wasn't so but it is
Now let's make some sense of this

My skin is paste and my hair is oil
Feeling like a long day home
Well I just wanna touch
Some familiar soil

Feeling like a long day home
Where I don't need my brain on

I'm at home, a minha casa
Mein zuhause, ma maison

I'm at home, I'm at home!

Tenho estado a gritar mas
Vou-me acalmar em casa

My skin is paste and my hair is oil
Feeling like a long day home
Well I just wanna touch
Some familiar soil

Feeling like a long day home
Where I don't need my brain on
Track Name: Human Battery
Well it's time to decide
Which way you want to go
Surprise, surprise
You never really know

Well you've planted your seeds
But will they all grow
In a couple of years,
It would be nice to have something to show

'Cause I need a human size battery charger
Well I need to need less things
'Cause it's always so easy to make things hard
Don't play the last of your Joker cards

Well you don't like to drink
But you like its effect
You never know what the night may bring
Into your bed

'Cause I need a human size battery charger
Well I need to need less things
'Cause it's always so easy to make things hard
Don't play the last of your Joker cards

Que fácil es, que fácil es complicarse
Que fácil es, que fácil es complicarse
Que digo yo, que fácil es complicarse
Track Name: Jazz Cigarettes
There's a fire in the hallway to your room
You get burnt but you'll be in comfort soon
Get inspired by the gloom, same old chords bouncing around
The corners of your room, of your room

Always waiting for the summertime
Crashing through winter with jazz, cigarettes and wine
When spring comes we're all in bloom
Skies are clear, were howling at the moon

Now you dance to Tuareg songs,
You haven't danced in so long
Now there's a spring in your step
Now there's a song in your head

Always waiting for the summertime
Crashing through winter with jazz, cigarettes and wine
When spring comes we're all in bloom
Skies are clear, were howling at the moon

Always waiting for the summertime
Always waiting for the summertime
Well you can keep on waiting
Always waiting for the summertime
Well you can keep on waiting
Track Name: Free Hugs
Well you fill your days with a long schedule
Come time to breathe, you don't even know how
Kids in white T-shirts giving free hugs
In the name of Jesus, the gypsy boy shrugs

Sometimes I feel so lonely
With all this love all around me

Singing is human but the birds do it too
And there's nothing better than waking to the Red Robin's tune
Well the wind blows softly but the waves crash so strong
And it rattles your wind pipes and your voice sings its song

Sometime I feel so lonely
With all this love all around me

Well you know the feeling when it quenches your thirst
But it's not liquid you're after, it's the air in your lungs
The air is the victim of our need to express
All these feelings inside us that we must get off our chest

Sometime I feel so lonely
With all this love all around me
Track Name: Johnny
The first time I saw Johnny,
He was wrapped around a sign post trying to cross the road
He wore a bright pink T-shirt without a care for his hair,
White dreadlocks on down to his toes
Almost collapsing in the wind with alarms ringing
He made the other side in due time
And once he crossed the road you could see in his eyes,
He had lost his mind a few too many times

He feels the love and he feels the hate
Both of these are here to stay
As long as he finds that healthy balance between the two
He will keep on pushing on through

His name is Johnny, he hasn't got many friends
He's old enough to be my grandad but he acts like he's my son

With the sun shining outside, he's in a room with the light on
And the curtains closed
With a high pitch skinny voice, both strange and inviting
He recites his own prose
He spoke of African night skies and the silhouettes
Of elephants, stars and monkeys
And after every verse he would look around to see the pictures
Painted by his words

And I feel his love and I feel his hate
Both of these are here to stay
As long as we find that healthy balance between the two
Which really isn't that easy to do
You will see that we will keep on pushing on through

His name is Johnny, he hasn't got many friends
He's old enough to be my grandad but he acts like he's my son
My son, my son, my son...

Deja de mirar, deja de mirarte,
Y aunque creas, que no vale,
¿Quien te ha visto?
¿Quien te ha visto y quien te ve?
En esta vida tan jodida no dejes de vivir
Track Name: Donkey / Stallion
I feel like a son, I feel like a dad
I feel like that friend that I've never had
I feel like so many things, not one of them me
Where do I come from, where should I go?
If I keep on moving well then I'll never know

And now we're running to where we can't see

In this day and age in which we live
There's so much to take but not so much to give
The big fish are getting bigger, now they've released the trigger of
You're a giraffe, I'm a tree
You're so tall and I'm so small that you can't get to me

And now we're running to where we can't see
Are we galloping like stallions or are we bumping around like donkeys?

Oh won't you bring the 70's back, where things weren't perfect
But surely they where on the right track
Oh music and hair, pretty much everywhere
Let's all produce landscape paintings in the middle of a busy highway,
I dream of ginger and green, in the middle of these grey days

And now we're running to where we can't see
Are we galloping like stallions or are we bumping around like donkeys?

Well I don't know, I got to know, I need to know
'Cause that run is what will make me

'Cause we're not here for a long time
We're not here for a long time
We're not here for a long time
We're not here for a long time
We're not here for a long time

One interesting thing to see is if the stallion loses out to the donkey
'Cause if you're bumping around slowly,
There's less probability of crashing when you can't see
Or you can crash quickly,I guess the trick is to be a mule!
Then you'll be cool

'Cause we're all running to where we can't see
Are we galloping like stallions or are we bumping around like donkeys?
